A three- person Special Assessment Commission is responsible for determining which properties within the improvement district benefit from construction work performed and for spreading assessments fairly among properties.

Qualified electors residing in Morton County, except within the Cities of Mandan, Flasher, New Salem, Glen Ullin, Almont and Hebron are eligible for appointment. Appointment is for a 6-year term. Board members may serve for more than one term.

Deadline for applications is June 19, 2025.
