Board Member - Morton County Housing Authority

The Morton County Commission is Seeking Applicants for the Housing Authority Board

The Housing Authority Board is responsible for the overall oversight of the Housing Authority and the Section 8 rental assistance program. They approve the expenditures and contracts.  They hold quarterly meetings which are normally held in a central location in the county (New Salem).

Any qualified elector residing in Morton County is eligible for the appointment.  The appointment is for a 5-year term expiring 12/31/2029.
